Solutions Architect Voice and UC – Remote

Radius are currently seeking a Voice and UC Solutions Architect, this will be a home based position.

Posiiton Specififcations

• Good verbal communication skills, to explain complex issues clearly.

• Knowledge of VoIP delivery over LAN/WAN networks and firewalls.

• Possess a strong knowledge of hosted UC applications and services particularly the Broadsoft Broadworks platform, SIP Trunking, and Skype For Business/Teams.

• Demonstrable understanding of Cloud Business Applications market, including integrations between systems.

• Technical and process documentation creation and templating experience.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from customers, sales, delivery, support and 3rd parties.

• Network and Voice Implementation experience.

In addition, the following are highly desirable:

• Full driving license.

• Experience working in a pre-sales capacity with large corporate customers
