- MUST have previous MSP or IT Services experience within your career
- Previous experience of leadership contribution in a rapidly evolving, entrepreneurial SME business
- Professional services background with previous experience of running Professional Service and Service Desk teams (understanding how both operate)
- Track record of maximising the profitability of the operations function within professional services business
- Evidence of strong coaching and people management
- Evidence of successful team development
- Good understanding and appreciation for people related process and executing these to a highest standard
- Experience of workforce planning
- Experience of setting up and managing operational processes
- Experience of managing clients at executive level and coaching people to deliver an outstanding client experience
